Elburgon Affordable Housing Project

Elburgon AHP is a serene housing project located in Nakuru County, in Molo Constituency, in Elburgon, adjacent to St. Clare Girls Secondary School. The proposed AHP site abuts St. Clare Girls Secondary School to the East, St Clare Dispensary to the West, 400 m from Molo Technical and Vocational Centre, 300m from Nakuru- Njoro- Mau Summit Road to the North, and 1.5Km from Elburgon town. The exact location is PQ5W+7P Molo. The site covers an area of approximately 4.45 Acres. Elburgon AHP will consist of 220 AHP Units in the following typologies: 60 studio units, 20 one-bedroom units, 120 two-bedroom units and 20 3-bedroom units.
