Lurambi Affordable Housing Project, Kakamega County

Lurambi AHP is a beautiful development strategically located in Kakamega Town. It is located in the Milimani area of Kakamega Town, Adjacent to the Kakamega State Lodge lane, along the Kakamega Airstrip road. It will provide 220 Affordable Housing units to the residents of Kakamega and beyond. The typologies of the 220 units are as follows: 60 studio units, 20 one-bedroom units, 100 two-bedroom units, and 40 three-bedroom units. Lurambi AHP is tastefully designed according to the AHP Development Framework Guidelines, encompassing adequate green spaces, common lighting, well-landscaped gardens, adequate roads for pedestrians and vehicles, adequate parking space for all homeowners and sufficient social facilities for use by all residents.
