Ruring’u Affordable Housing Project

Ruring’u AHP, Nyeri, is a 478-unit estate that is strategically located in Nyeri Town, in Ruring’u Ward. It comprises social, affordable, and market-rate housing units in a mixed-income setting meant to foster togetherness and interaction amongst Kenyans of different backgrounds. The project comes well-equipped with sufficient parking, green play spaces and commercial functions. Further, a primary school shall be devolped on the parcel of land earmarked for development. The primary school shall comprise of an: administration block, classroom block, dining hall and a play field.
