Bahati Nakuru AHP is located in the New DCC Headquarters in Bahati. The exact location is -0.142100,36.150645. Seating on 10.00 acres, this project comprises 20 one-bedroom units, 120 two-bedrooms, 20 three-bedrooms, and 60 studios. The development will also have well-designed landscaping, adequate parking, an underground tank and adequate pavements for pedestrian use. The project will have a gas reticulation system designed for the powering of the kitchen areas of all the houses. There will also be solar lighting in the common areas, adequate rainwater harvesting resources, the use of greywater harvesting, enough green spaces and trees in the social areas within the development and compliance with Edge Certification in this and all future AHP Projects.
